Join the carnival of ravers!
The SI team were looking forward to this year’s Rant and Rave customer engagement revolution, Carnival of Ravers held at funky Electric Brixton on 2 November 2017, and they weren’t disappointed!
Dee, Kelsey and Charlie, our intern, were part of a sellout crowd enjoying inspiring sessions from presenters such as Wayne Hall (Senior Manager: Reward and Engagement, Dunelm), Emma Shipley (General Manager, Jamie Oliver Food Foundation) and the particularly wonderful Greg Reed (CEO, Homeserve).
With incredible acrobatic displays punctuating both key presentations and technical demonstrations, the day was packed full of useful insights into identifying your ‘mystery shoppers’, engaging and motivating your team and the very latest methods for gathering client feedback. The SI team came back raving – and raring to go to put some of these tips into action – watch this space!
